This Privacy Policy explains how RepCount Pro ("the App," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Android application and services. 1. Account Authentication & Identity (Firebase)

RepCount Pro manages secure account authentication powered exclusively by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). Users can register and sign in using either their Google account or an email address.

Depending on your selected sign-in method, we process only essential authentication identifiers:

• Google Sign-In: Your verified email address, public profile display name, and a unique cryptographic user identifier (Firebase UID).
• Email Sign-In: Your email address and cryptographically hashed credential tokens managed securely within Firebase's encrypted cloud infrastructure.

We never have access to, view, or store plain-text passwords. All identity handshakes and active session tokens are processed securely using industry-standard OAuth protocols through Firebase.

2. In-App Advertising (Google AdMob)

To support the development and free operation of RepCount Pro, we integrate the Google AdMob SDK (operated by Google LLC) to serve advertisements within the application.

To deliver relevant advertisements, analyze campaign metrics, manage frequency capping, and protect against fraudulent impressions or invalid clicks, the Google AdMob SDK automatically collects and processes limited device-level telemetry:

• Google Advertising ID: The Google Play Services Advertising ID (AAID) associated with your device.
• Device & Telemetry Data: Device model, hardware manufacturer, operating system version, system language settings, screen resolution, and carrier data.
• Network Information: IP address (used to infer coarse, regional location) and general connection parameters.
• Interaction Data: Ad views, clicks, latency metrics, and crash diagnostic logs.

Ad data handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. For detailed information, review the Google Partner Data Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Managing Ad Preferences: You can reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ad targeting at any time on your Android device by visiting: Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads).

3. Camera Use & Workout Data

RepCount Pro uses your device's camera strictly to count exercise repetitions automatically via on-device machine learning (MediaPipe Landmarker). Video frames are analyzed entirely within your device's temporary memory (RAM) in real time to calculate joint angles and rep triggers.

Zero-Storage Guarantee: Camera frames, video streams, and facial images are never recorded, cached to persistent storage, or transmitted to any remote servers or third parties.

Workout numbers generated by this process (rep counts, sets, selected exercises, targets, and dates) are stored to provide workout history and progress analytics.

RepCount Pro is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@repcountpro.online and we will take immediate steps to delete it.

6. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit (TLS/HTTPS encryption) and at rest. Your account and workout data are retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days, as described on our Account Deletion page.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@repcountpro.online, or by using the account deletion portal. You may also revoke RepCount Pro's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product updates, operational adjustments, or regulatory requirements. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated revision date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after modifications take effect indicates your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
